Welcome to APEX Home Care. We are a private duty home care agency providing a broad range of personal care services. At APEX Home Care we specialize in geriatric/senior care. We believe that seniors should be allowed to stay in the comfort and familiarity of the family home for as long as possible. In addition to senior care services we also care for individuals recovering from surgery, new mothers and homebound adults. We provide help at home with meal preparation, bathing, housekeeping, grocery shopping and transportation to and from appointments. We provide caregivers who are specially trained, insured and bonded. Our Home Care Aides and Companions are proud to be the reason so many of our clients have regained confidence and independence by remaining in their homes. Healing and improved mental status are nurtured when you can remain in loving and familiar surroundings. Join us for a Free Senior Workshop. Workshops will include helpful information about Conservatorships, Long-term Care Ins., Assisted Living Options, and Information about Home Care Services. Our next workshop will be at Heritage Park Nursing Center in the city of Upland on March 16, 6:00p - 8:00p. The Gibson Senior Center in Upland March 17, 12:30 - 2:30pm.
